[FWTools] FWTools 1.0.7 Released

Folks,

I have issued new FWTools builds for Windows and Linux - version 1.0.7.

This is up-to-date for GDAL, MapServer, libtiff, libgeotiff, proj, etc. So
it captures the EPSG 6.11.1 update of coordinate system files.  The Linux
version also includes the libecwj2-3.3 final release from ERMapper.  The
windows build has not yet been updated.

Please let me know of any problems.
