[FWTools] How to use mouseover and mousemove on map

I use maplab to make my project map and using with MS4W.
I need to use a function (mousemove) that show the coordinates of mouse 
position in map, update moving the mouse.... (javascript?...)
Also mouseover function to show a 'tooltip' text when the mouse is over a city or other symbols in map.

Can anyone help me?
