[FWTools] Entry point not found

I installed FWTools on my laptop but when I run it I get an error -
python.exe Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point
?getMetadata at LIImage@LizardTech@@QBEABVLTIMetadataDatabase at 2@XZ could not be
located in the dynamic link library lti_dsdk_dll.dll

In the command window:
