[FWTools] Run time error from mapserv.exe on windox

Hi Folks,

I am running mapserver of windoz

Its give me a message "mapserver.exe has encunted a problem and news to 
close", the reason given is

Error signature

szAppName:mapserv.exe szAppVer:0.0.0.0 szModName: libmap_fw.dll
szModVer: 0.0.0.0 offset: 000aa960

Reinstalling mapserver/fwtools  has not cleared this problem.


Anybody got a clue ?  I am assuming its Microsoft version of the error 
message "Bus error"

Do anybody have any suggestion as to what the problem could be
