[FWTools] Brightness, Contrast and Gamma Correction tool

Hi All

Am working on a tool to manipulate brightness, contrast and gamma for 
RLM_SINGLE and RLM_RGBA images and am looking for willing testers to 
point out bugs and let me know if the algorithms used are doing what 
they're supposed to. In case anyone is interested, I can send on the 
toolfile and an xpm image that is required.
