[FWTools] [win32] openev python or pythonw?

With pythonw the console window is still shown, it's just empty. It 
might be better to use 'start pythonw'. The console still flashes up but 
then disapears quickly. The flash is a bit annoying but does keep one 
less icon in the task bar.

   start pythonw "%OPENEV_HOME%\pymod\openev.py" %*
