[FWTools] FWTools 2.0.0 Released

Folks,

A new cut of FWTools has been released.  The only configuration change is
that the linux version now includes fastcgi support in mapserver.  This
cut should also have the new ADRG driver by Even Rouault.

The number has changed to 2.0.0 but this doesn't reflect any substantial
change in the package.  I just didn't like that the versions were so similar
to the GDAL versions.  I felt this was confusing.
