It's really quite large, so I hesitate to send it by email (20-30MB).

I have had a number of complaints of folks unable to reach
http://home.gdal.org/fwtools/ so I wonder if this IP # might
be blocked from some locales.  Most complaints are from China,
but not all of them.

I wonder if there is anyone who would be interested in mirroring
the FWTools download archive?   I'm not prepared to do this at
OSGeo since the downloads include a bunch of proprietary software.
