[FWTools] FWTools 1.3.7 Released

Folks,

I have cut FWTools 1.3.7 for linux (yesterday) and windows (today):

   http://home.gdal.org/fwtools/FWTools-linux-1.3.7.tar.gz
   http://home.gdal.org/fwtools/FWTools137.exe

This should roughly correspond to MapServer 5.0 final release.  It also
includes bigtiff support (win and linux), and the new KML driver (linux
only I think).
