[FWTools] fwtools on shared hosting

Hello, everyone:

I am trying to install fwtools to set up a mapserver ssytem.

I have searched the web, and found someone has made it work *:

I tried, but it did not work. I am wondering if there is anything I did
wrong. I only need mapserver to work with shapefiles. I will appreciate it
if anyone can tell me how they made it work or where I can find relebant
documents or tutorials. I also found that I have to add .cgi as the fle
extension.
