[FWTools] gdal2tiles: Working Version?

Gregory,

basically gdal2tiles is incompatible with FWTools, as it requires "new 
generation" python bindings, but FWTools still comes with "old generation" 
python bindings.

If you want to run gdal2tiles, you could try with Osgeo4W 
(http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/) that apparently contains a GDAL version with 
new generation bindings (gdal16-python package).
