[FWTools] Problem with gdal2tiles.py

Unfortunately gdal2tiles.py is not supported with the "old generation"
python bindings still used in FWTools.

I would suggest instead that you use OSGeo4W (the gdal16 + gdal16-python
packages) for gdal2tiles.py.
