[FWTools] FWTools 2.4.7 for Win32 Released

Good stuff. Thanks for your work!

I do have a small problem: I read the release notes about new vector
formats like DXF and happily downloaded and installed successfully
"GDAL 1.7.0dev, FWTools 2.4.6" (as reported from "% ogrinfo
--version").

Now, after issueing "% ogrinfo --formats" there's no DXF driver
mentioned. Is the DXF driver still included or is this an omission in
the text files of ogrinfo?
