[FWTools] Proj4

Hello,

sorry if this is not the right list, but can somebody tell me where I can get a compiled binary of proj4?
On http://trac.osgeo.org/proj/ they only offer older versions. (<4.4.6)

Perhaps somebody can send the dll by mail?
