Hello,
I'm hoping you can help with this. I've just downloaded FWTools v 2.4.7
and I'm trying to use ogr2ogr to convert a shapefile to mid/mif.
This is the command I'm using:
ogr2ogr -f "MapInfo File" C:\Sarah\ogrtest\cornnet_test.mif
C:\Sarah\ogrtest\test\cornnet.shp -a_srs "EPSG:27700" -dsco "FORMAT=MIF"
When I run this command it crashes and I get the standard windows error
message: "ogr2ogr.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
etc."
In the event viewer application log I get an error: "Faulting
application ogr2ogr.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module ogr2ogr.exe,
version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x000055aa."
None of which is helping me to sort out what's going wrong. I can
convert from mid/mif to shapefile successfully. Can anyone give me a
pointer to what I'm doing wrong?
Many thanks,
Sarah Noakes
