[FWTools] [FWTools 2.0.6] OpenEV + JPEG2000 + ubuntu 10.04

For those persons who do not want to be forced to use a monopoly 
environment and need to deal with a variety of imaging formats, 
including JPEG 2000,

Note that JPEG2000 is on the list.  Given that FWtools has abandoned 
Linux, I have switched to Graphics Magick -- and it works fine 
(RHEL5/CentOS5 current stable, IA-32 family processor).
