[FWTools] Big NTv2-Grid-File causes problem

i've found the problem: the file is corrupt. The owner copied (not 
ftp) it over an internal network with a small bandwith.
There is no "END" at the end of the file. I tested this with a
HEX-Editor.

The new file works!

Maybe you can implement an error message. Neither DEBUG_PROJ nor the parameter "-v" reported an problem with the file. In this case i knew the right coordinates so that was no problem but this could run someone in big trouble.
