[FWTools] shp2csv ?

Hello,

Is there a way to convert EPSG:4326 shp to a csv file in such a way that
the file would contain also latitude and longitude? Quantum GIS and some
online tools I tried spitted only CSV files that contained only
attributes, but not the coordinates.
