[FWTools] Problem with SouthAfrican projections ex Lo29

Following the email i did a bit more testing with this and added calls to


theErrNum = CPLGetLastErrorNo();

eErr = CPLGetLastErrorType();



and they turn up to be:

and

CE_Failure

Any idea what i am doing wrong?
