[FWTools] problem with FWTools

I want a kml file with a Fichier.tab (mapinfo)
When I open FWTools
I  have FWTools2.4.7>
Then I write
FWTools2.4.7>mapintogoog

and I have this message:
FWTools2.4.7>ogr2ogr -f "kml" Fichier.kml Fichier.tab

I have not any Fichier.kml generate
Can you help me?
