<div>I just downloaded Fwtool for linux. I noticed that the
install.sh is design to run with python 2.2. I am using python
2.4 for everything else, and would prefer compiling with that. I
have tried to modify the key line without success, ie. the line:</div>

<blockquote>bin/python -O lib/python2.2/compileall.py pymod
lib/python2.2 bin tools</blockquote>
<blockquote><br></blockquote>
<div>My python 2.4 resides in /usr/local/lib/python2.4. I tried adding
the full path to the reference and got an error while running the
script.</div>

<div>Any help appreciated.</div>
