FWtools 1.2.2 Windows binaries and try to open a HDF5 file in OpenEV_FW,

OpenEV claims that some python application has failed to start because sde91.dll
was not found. The command window says ERROR 1: Can't load requested DLL:
<path>\gdal_SDE.dll 126: The specified module could not be

not fixed the problem. However, after giving that message twice, OpenEV_FW
