    Most of the gdal utilities efforts focussed on Windows have moved to
    OSGeo4W (<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/">http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/</a>) as it has a cleaner method
    for picking and choosing what to install.<br>
