[Geotiff] PCS To Image Coordinates For Transformation-Based Definitions...

Dear Sir,
      From the supplied partial API documentation it appears that
libgeoTIFF does not support translating from projection coordinate system
(PCS) coordinates to image coordinates for transformation-based
definitions. Are there plans to include this functionality in a future
release?
