[Geotiff] clip out image from within a geotiff

Hi John, you can clip an image in ArcMap using a polygon using a free
3rd party plugin called "N-Bands Raster Splitter" or "Multiband Raster
Splitter" (two names for the same plugin, reflecting different
versions).  Search ArcScripts on support.esri.com for them.
