[Geotiff] cropping of a GeoTiff

It works for me if in the export dialog "Interactive Options > [] Window 
Input File" option is pushed. (OpenEV 1.8 on Windows).


Frank: The layout of this dialog *is* confusing. It took me a bit of 
trial and error to find out why it wasn't working and I've done this 
before. Suggestions which might help clear up the confusion:

- Pushing the "Draw ROI Mode" activates the "Input Window" option.
- Change "Input Window" heading to "Enable Cropping Window" with a 
checkbox beside it.

        Start line:    ___	Start pixel:    ___
        Num. of lines: ___	Num. of pixels: ___

        [Draw Region of Interest]
       ---------------------------------------------

       --- Interactive Options ---------------------

        [Active Layer -> Input Filename]
       ---------------------------------------------

    ...etc.


"Active Layer -> Input Filename" would up better near the set in/out 
fields, but I recognise the need for it to stay hidden until Advanced 
Options is enabled.

It might be better to rename ROI to "Draw Cropping Window"



If you find merit in this suggestion I'll add it to bugzilla as a 
feature request.
