[Geotiff] Using tiffset count option

I'm not familiar with the tiffset tool, but there are many tools out
there that may be good substitutes. Also, it's not clear how many of GeoTiff
files you need to update. For a small number of files, the following tool
can be used iteratively on each GeoTiff.

Again not being familiar with the tiffset tool, it seems like the
following syntax should do the trick (assuming the command line parser won't
prematurely stop reading upon encountering a decimal point):
tiffset -s 33550 3 1237.520056 1237.520056 0.000000
