OK, here is a sample file for GeogToWGS84GeoKey placed into the public
domain: <http://www.chzsoft.com.ar/storage/GeogToWGS84GeoKey5.zip>

Note however, that the file won't stay at that URL indefinitely.

BTW: Can it be that the calculation of the corner coordinates by listgeo
is wrong for RasterPixelIsPoint files? I switched to RasterPixelIsArea
for my test file to avoid any ambiguities.
