Folks,

The bugzilla.remotesensing.org server is gone and I'm not sure if I will
be able to recover the bug database.  (this also affects PROJ.4 and libtiff).

On the pixel-is-point issue, we seem to lack a mechanism to resolve the
issue, and I find I'm still not keen on the proposed interpretation.
Lacking any sort of specification or library governance mechanism, my
disinclination to act means nothing changes.
