[Geotiff] Combining world files, tab files and tiffs

Ah, I see you actually list the projection in your examples below. Missed that the first time but I understand it now. The maps do appear to have been tagged with the projection stuff, now I just need to get find out if they are missing the pixel size/scale information, or if my app is ignoring it.
