[Geotiff] [GeoTIFF]How to populate the new EPSG code(5890) to libgeotiff and other libraries.

Dear Warmerdam,

I designed the geoTIFF format for our JAXA AMSR/AMSR-E/AMSR2
Snow depth product.

Anyone who registered can obtain these product from our system.

https://gcom-w1.jaxa.jp/auth.html

EPSG Committee resgistered EPSG:5890/EPSG:5889 their online database
yesterday.

According to your Web Page "EPSG CSV Refresh Notes", someone dump
the EPSG Committee database and merge several information to some
csv files.Those csv files will be packed with libgeotiff.

What should I do next to to populate the new EPSG code(5890) with
additional information to libgeotiff and other libraries ?.

Here is an example for additional information(proj.4 code):
"+proj=stere +lat_0=90 +lat_ts=70 +lon_0=90 +k=1 +x_0=0 +y_0=0
+a=6378273 +b=6356889.449 +units=m +no_defs"
