[Geotiff] OGC RFC on GeoTIFF extensions

please let me draw your attention to an OGC RFC on GML Coverages GeoTIFF
extension and WCS 2.0 GeoTIFF extension standards [1]. Let me know if
you'd be interested in some additional background.
