[Geotiff] geotifcp

I compiled geotiff using:
./configure  --with-proj=/usr/local/proj-4.8.0
--with-libz=/usr/local/szip-2.1 --with-jpeg

I am typing:
geotifcp -4 "+proj=latlong +ellps=sphere" leonardo2.tif leonardo3.tif

result from gdal info:
