I'm not completely convinced of legend styles. Many are hardwritten in the js but, in many cases, we 
cannot do differently.
If we want to push personalizations it could be nice to put all icons, buttons, ecc. in a layout-related 
css. In this way we can offer a way to create themes for ka-map.

It's not so difficult to do...
