I've modified precache2.php based on David Badke's catch about map names with
non-word characters.  In the updated version, the -m option works for maps that
are named (keys in $aszMapFiles array) with word characters or hyphens ([\w-]+).
 Since there is no real restriction on the map keys, this does not cover all
cases.  I could handle spaces and other non-word chars, but I don't think all
the escaping would be worth the hassle.
