[ka-Map-dev] toolbar API

Paul, all,
I've started scripting to finish ka-Explorer.

In this landscape of common API, came up to me the idea to do a most  
generic approach: a Toolbar API.

So the idea to create objects like:

- Toolbar
-- Separator
-- Combobox
-- Icon
---Panel
---- Tab

does it make sense to make it as generic as possible?
maybe shared with other ka-map UI or other web mapping applications?
should I post this on webmap-discuss at mail.osgeo.org?

I'll start coding immediately to offer ka-Map version 1 ASAP but  
happy to listen to suggestions and adjust my code.
