Look at KaMap.zoomTo().
KaMap.initializeLayers() is called from KaMap.zoomToScale, nevertheless all tile
images are reset afterward for scound time.
Is there any specific reason for this?

Another thing:
KaMap.setMapLayers() will be called twice during the process.
