When scrolling the map left (moving your viewport to the west) the tiles do not
start to load untill they are visible on screen.
This is due to the tiles not being buffered on the left of the screen.

I have created a patch to change this behaviour to buffer half a tile on the
left and right of the screen, instead of buffering a whole tile on the right
hand side.
This gives it the same behaviour as the top and bottom buffering.
