[ka-Map-dev] Road to version 2

Breaking backwards compatibility is fine with me.

Daniels suggestions on SVN vs CVS on the wiki sound good.

I think it would be best to keep everything together and move fully to 
the Trac system if possible, but I'm not too worried.
