This feature adds the ability to manage a dynamic group. Users can check one or more layers and render 
them on the same ka-map layer, optimizing DOM objects management by the browser.
This feature try to solve the know problem when using more then 3-4 layers (groups) at the time in a 
map. Theoretically you should be able to add dozens of layers and let the user choose the combination of 
active layers. 
The behavior should be similar to what p.mapper does with its interface.

The Dynamic Layer use a session related cache that is redrawn at any update.
