[ka-Map-users] playing with layer transparency

We reimplemented the example from mapsherpa:

http://149.139.8.29/~rischio/ka-map-cvs/ka-map/htdocs

It works with Firefox/Mozilla on Linux and Win.
Many problems with IE all version (we have to debug).
