[ka-Map-users] Can the legend be dynamic?

I wonder if there's a way to combine ka-map with the type of legend we use with LandView (www.dnr.state.mn.us/maps/landview.html). It's a MapServer HTML legend and we use AJAX to refresh it as needed just like a map image. The entire legend is retrieved and stuffed into a DIV behind the scenes. The legend template is scale aware so you'll notice controls are greyed out at certain scales etc... That legend could be prepared with mapscript or some non-MapServer legend builder as well. Just a thought.

Ka-map is so impressive. It works well for me, but there's a problem, how can it change the legend dynamicly according to the different scales? Because I have many layers which are set with MAXSCALE and MINSCALE.
