[ka-Map-users] Load only visible group!

Hi Paul et All,
we made some change in kamap.

In this version, kamap load only group that are really visible at a certain
scale.
A group is visible if at least one of is layer is visible and  MS_ON for a
scale.
Try changing zoom level.
Also the legend work in the same way!

This should reduce the ammount of tile to be downloaded
Any comment or suggestion?
