[ka-Map-users] CVS Upgrade

I've marked all png images as binary in the respository using:

cvs admin -kb <filename>

this may or may not fix the problem, depending on where the  
corruption happened.  In the future, please try to use cvs add -kb  
<filename> for binary files :)
