[ka-Map-users] center on specific coordinates

Herman,

in the cvs version, we've changed things so that the initial extents in 
the map file are correctly centered in the viewport at the most 
appropriate scale.  Also, the API now includes zoomToExtent() and 
zoomTo() which would provide this also.
