[ka-Map-users] current cvs ka-map seems to have a panning problem.

I just updated to the most recent cvs version and have discovered what
appears to be a panning problem.

 

1. open a window, 

2. resize the height to somewhere around 1/2 it's original size, 

3. click on the bottom of the window and drag the map up. 

 

The map pans about 5 times faster than the mouse.
