[ka-Map-users] keymap updates

For the cvs users, I've just committed a couple of changes that  
should fix some problems with the kaKeymap code, including:

* applied Lorenzo's draggable keymap stuff and fixed a problem on  
first load
* changed how the keymap image is loaded to prevent configuration  
errors from interferring and to make it somewhat faster

kaKeymap should be pretty stable now.
