[ka-Map-users] DEFAULT layers...

I did hack tile.php, but then when upgrading I screwed around for an hour because my version of tile.php contained the makeDir function and so did the new config.php. That will be a continuing problem I imagine.
Ideally it seems to be that default layers should be treated as just that and they should be always on. I have to look at the code more to make any other suggestion. I think the change would be in init.php or tile.php as opposed to config.php.

Steve, I thought that you hacked tile.php to avoid using groups?
I'd like to include an option somehow to support both modes, what
would be the best way to support this from your point of view?
Keeping in mind that ka-Map should support both kinds of uses,
probably an entry in the config file would do the trick?
Cheers
Paul
