[ka-Map-users] Latest CVS updates

The config.php structure changed somewhat a few weeks ago, you will  
need to open config.dist.php and check the differences in how  
$aszMapFiles is declared.

I haven't tried any of the new tooltip/overlay stuff, perhaps someone  
else has commented?
