Hi

With the latest code in CVS, I am seeing that
KAMAP_INITIALIZED event is never getting delivered. I
have debugged it little bit and for some reason
control is not reaching 
this.triggerEvent(KAMAP_INITIALIZED);
statement after doing
eval(szInit); 
in
